Where does my help come from?

Psalm 121:1-2

My help comes from the Lord,

Be still

Psalm 46:10
Be still, and know that I am God:
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.

I have known this verse a long time because it is hanging over my parents bed and I read it every time I go in their room.

Our Savior

Psalm 46:1
God is our refuge and strength,an ever-present help in trouble.

This is a verse I have memorized from a bible camp I've been to 3 or 4 times I love that camp it's awesome.
